PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa Dankort and Mastercard.
The amount will be charged when the item is shipped.
All prices in the webshop are listed including VAT.
We do not charge card fees.

DELIVERY

Your package will be shipped with GLS for home delivery.
The delivery time depends on the country you reside in.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping or delivery.
All shipments include a track-and-trace number, which you will receive via email.
Please note that prices do not include import duties.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, or, in the case of an order containing multiple items delivered separately, 14 days after receiving the final item. You bear the risk for the goods from the moment of delivery.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. This should be done by completing the standard return form when returning your order, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Refusing to accept delivery of an item without providing clear notice does not constitute a valid withdrawal.

Please complete the return form attached to your order confirmation and include it with your returned item.

RETURNS

Please send the goods to:

Malucca ApS, Aadalen 11, 6600 Vejen, Denmark.

You pay for the return shipment, so you decide yourself what freight company to use.

We do not collect packages or accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD).

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

You are only liable for any depreciation in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product. You may try on the item as you would in a physical store, but you may not take it into actual use.

If the items have been used beyond what is described above, we will consider them used, meaning that upon withdrawal, only a partial or no refund will be issued, depending on the resale value of the returned item.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Please do not use the shoebox as a shipping box, as this may result in a reduction in value.

If the original packaging is damaged or missing, this will result in depreciation, and we reserve the right to deduct DKK 40 from your refund.

REFUND OF PURCHASE AMOUNT

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid to us. If the item has depreciated in value due to handling beyond what is necessary, this will be deducted from your refund.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or until you provide documentation that the items have been returned.

PRIVACY POLICY

To complete a purchase agreement with you, we need the following information:

  • Name, address, phone number, and email address.

When you visit fridashoes.dk, cookies are stored on your computer. A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser that allows us to recognize your computer on subsequent visits. Learn more about this on the "Cookies and Privacy Policy" page.

We register and share your personal data to be able to ship your goods. We collaborate with several other companies that store and process data. These companies only process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use the data for their own purposes.

We only collaborate with data processors within the EU or in countries capable of adequately protecting your data.

We collect your email address, name, address, phone number, gender, and IP address, as well as analytical data such as the device from which you access our website. These data are collected to improve your experience on our website and analyze its performance.

We process your payment information through the Shopify Payments gateway.

When you visit fridashoes.dk, we automatically collect data about you and your usage of our website, such as the type of browser you use, search terms used on the site, and your IP address. The purpose is to optimize the user experience and site functionality, as well as for targeted marketing, including retargeting via Facebook and Google.

Your personal data is registered with Malucca ApS and stored for five years, after which it will be deleted.

The data controller for fridashoes.dk is Malucca ApS.

To ensure transparency about data processing, we must inform you about your rights:

  • You have the right to access your data that we process (right of access).
  • You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data processed by us.
  • If you believe your data is inaccurate, you have the right to correct it (right to rectification).

If you wish to file a complaint about your purchase, please contact customer service. If we are unable to reach a solution, and the necessary conditions are met, you may submit a complaint to the relevant supervisory authority:
